...We also did some Ice Skating and Snow tubing and enjoyed its ride for hours. Other days went like watching number of movies, catching up with friends and partying..!!!! Snow mobiling and other snow sports were planned but we could not make it as snow season was coming to an end. Lets keep in store something for next winters too. Hope you all liked the page and got many ideas to survive in snow :)

People do really say that winters are boring, dull and totally unexciting, I agree to this but then again it depends on us how do we make it more and more exciting, apart from usual ideas of Snow playing and Snow-man Making...

...As it was the first snow for both of us, we were really on our urge to go out and play...although everyone said that we will be fed up soon after few times going out in garden and enjoying with friends coz the snow falls for months, it really is a long wait to see it stop and melt soon...

Winter comes

And Winter goes,

With the last red

berries

And the first white snows...

With night coming early,

And dawn coming late,

And ice in the

bucket

And frost by the gate.

...After playing and snow-man making few times, we started searching for other options to make these freezing winters interesting. To start off on a long drive with all covered in snow and being layered up with woolens is really a challenging one. Christmas is the time of long weekends and holiday mood so instead of staying at home, we visited Boston - Quincy market Chritmas tree, Harvard University, MIT, Ashland temple, New london Trumbull fort, and Mohegun sun Casino...

...It was New years time and we were still searching hard to just step out for something new. We went to Rhode Island, Providence - there was a beautiful park, trees covered in snow and it was shining all white in sun, the sand on the beach was mixed with snow, and the water was giving a feel of cold, yet waving on the shore. We came to know about a winter zoo in Providence, on that time of the year they show all winter animals like snow leopard, snow camel, penguins, audad, bisons, red panda...First time we saw Ant-Eater and Eagles. It was lovely to see all amimals rolling, playing and so comfortably in snow...

...We did make them Interesting without Resting !!!!!
