As the year passed and a new year leaps ahead.....we thought to start it at a different angle...no party hard on the eve but instead wake up at 4a.m to start up the day trip to "Matheran" ahead followed by events of trekking, sight seeing, Valley crossing, etc...

1st January 2009 - Enjoyed !!!!

Resolutions { :) } .......

Are those that we believe whatever we do on the very first day of year ....that will continue as our year goes on.....so we did wake up early at 4a.m....to be fit and healthy we trekked of about 10-15kms at Matheran...for sight seeing....and also to reach Taxi stand we followed toy train railway track...that was amazing part of trek on hill....that was journey of about an hour and we kept walking on the tracks....

We performed Valley crossing via rope pulling and leaning on it....did some shopping of slippers, chikki...etc...

On toy train...we sat on the boarding platform on the train...to have a great view of mountains.....scene came when actually when it was nothing but down deep valleys and we enjoyed it fearlessly... ;)......we also approached a small tunnel that was named "one kiss tunnel" for it being so small that only one kiss can be done in the dark tunnel....:)

Every man should be born again on the first day of January. Start with a fresh page. Take up one hole more in the buckle if necessary, or let down one, according to circumstances; but on the first of January let every man gird himself once more, with his face to the front, and take no interest in the things that were and are past.
