Sincere person who respect corporate ethics and always guide everone to follow the same. The best thing I like about him is his working and supervising style. According to him if you are efficient and completed your assignments & other work responsibilities before time...there is no need to waste time sitting idle...instead utilize the time in anything you wish to do. I have seen other supervisors who want their team to sit late even if the resource has done all his work...and that attitude ultimately decreases the efficieny of resource, as he knows that he anyways has to sit late.

He is also from Delhi. Likes to change his hair style every quarter. When he joined our project he use to wear hair band (famous in India with "Abhishek Bachchan's Band" as he wore same style band in "Jhoom Barabar Jhoom" bollywood movie). Then he kept a Shahrukh Khan style "Choti" (tied his hair with a small tail at back of his neck). Now he has kept Aamir Khan's hair style which he kept in bollywood movie "Taare Zameen Par". Thank god he is not influenced by bollywood movie "Ghazini".

He work with dedication...but want unlimited "Masti" at parties...do not stop him enjoying as he goes wild in there. He remains in confusion whether he is a oracle developer or a mainframe developer. He wants CAMS should display two primary skills for him. Don't worry buddy...After few years, you will forget that you were a developer and your primary skill will change to "MS Excel" :)

Our School & College Bunks.... : By Deepika

Bunks...We were very naughty from school days...
Though we did so many bunks....numerous...in schools, tuition classes and college...but previously we used to get along with one or the other friends...with us for bunks...so that we may not get caught bunking....and the third person used to be usually...Neetika...oh at times she used to get so much bored....accompanying us.

Once i remember we went to West Delhi from East Delhi for some reason ...bunking school...then we got some group of big guys...who were wondering what we were doing...bunking so far from our school.....one of them even asked Alok and commented "bunks ke liye bhi itni door ana padta he????".........these were the scenes of silly school bunks...but we got mature in college bunks....even at Alok's home i used to visit everyday...whenever everyone notice us that we are getting late for our respective colleges, Alok's dad used to say "beta, aaj college nahi jaana, kahin ghoomne jaa rahe ho to paise de deta hun" and embarrassingly Alok used to ask money for his bunks...ahh..ha..ah...and we used to spend that on movies, eating out..and lot more fun....

Our School Bus : By Deepika

Missed our School days...but we surely dont miss our school buses in higher secondary of Greenfields....I mentioned the extra "es" to "bus", coz being living in same area...our school buses were different... :(...everyday we used to manage hard to get in the same bus while returning from school...esp. me then after the last stop of Alok's bus i used to hire rickshaw to my home and that too i prefered to be dropped near my boarding stand...so if anyone sees from my family...it should look like that I am being dropped by my bus....
...sometimes my own school bus driver used to comment on me...when he rarely finds me in his bus....I remember whenever our school bus use to pass by the seemapuri junkyard...uff...everone used to call that place as "perfume factory".... :(....
So many fights also I had in my bus with seniors...as if they had a gr8 problem with me...for changing bus....so many enemies also one will find ...."jo chein se jeene nahi dete....." ...
I remember once in our first few school days....in Greenfeilds....Alok took "panga" with one teacher...over a seat.....whom he seemed some primary teacher....but actually she was at good position in school like vice-pricipal....so she had good debate with Alok in bus and then next day Alok was suspended from schol bus... for days.... :(....so was I ....indirectly.....as i also then missed my bus for him to accompany....this is called as "indirect suspension"......and then we realized that going in public transport is more fun ...so we streched our mutual-suspension for 1 week instead of 3 days..... :)

Our Story Begins : By Deepika

23rd May 1998 hot summer day when our vacation started in Holy Angels School..... the issue created by our biology mam...begins story between us........she divided the groups for project making....and along with Alok in my group...there was Prashant(good friend of ours)....but he was not, at that time as I had big fight in 9th std with him.....oh...there were family fights....another issue...then when I came to know that Mr. Prashant is in our group....and obviously bcoz of my Strict father the project was to made in my home only, during summer vacations.....as i knew I will not be allowed anywhere to go...to any friends place...so it did strike my mind that how come I allow prashant in my home bcoz of the fight I had with him....
Then I started crying on last day of our school before vacations...Incidently... Alok and his friend Kapil were infront of me...staring for the cause of.."why this girl called Deepika is crying....!!!!".... I also looked at them....thought may be Alok can help me...as he sounded sincere to me at that time....that was my first talk of first line I ever had ...than b4.... "Can't u help me out to get Prashant out of our group....????...!!!!"....that indeed wasnt a REQUEST...by the words...but i really wanted Alok to help me...So just shouted at hime without being soft with him....although I am still shouting at himm...after 10 yrs he he he......

.....So Alok seemed surprised with my shouting cum crying attitude....but as he looked more sympathetic towards my crying...he decided to talk with our teacher...to request for me....to replace Prashant.....although prashant was not replaced...but i liked the way Alok helped me......

May 1998....Then started the love story.....oh I mean our project...in summer vacations at my home....thanks to the project....
Alok started coming to my home everyday...to build the project and we started interacting...and talking...playing..laughing...and liking each other....as good friends....

2 months passed and school re-opened...and Project was completed ...it was july... in the class althogh the girls and boys use to sit seperately...but we use to try to sit at least parallely...so that we can see each other....and it was in our eyes that we started infatuating.....and also our classmates start smelling connection between Alok and Deepika....was love....but we used to avoid to be felt in the school....but as "love doesnt hide.....".... Alok used to help me in my studies soo much...... that if he wished he could have appeared in board exams for me too ..!!!

We used to exchange our lunch as i knew Alok always bring Bread-butter (as his Mother expired when he was in 7th std......)...so he used to prepare his lunch on his own which could be Bread-butter, bread-jam, or sometimes maggi also....So i just used to give him mine varieties of lunch...to him...and had his lunch....sweet bonding of good friends !!!!

I used to pen down my thoughts in my personal diary...which Alok once saw and asked from me...so that he can know me better....by my diary....first i was not willing...but as he insisted and also told me that he ll not talk to me if i ll not give it to him....So i gave him.... he just read my life...my diary....my strict family....and wish to make my life more fun-loving and free....

16th july 1998 : Alok read whole diary and his sister- Sonia Di invited my mother and sister to their home for lunch... I went to Alok's home first time...All others were having lunch and Me and Alok were in his room...i discovered there that he plays guitar...that surprised me..and Alok started playing my requests...we enjoyed the whole music sessions....and I was happy.....Alok found a way to propose me through his song which he was writing on me and events that took place during 2 months.....and the day of proposal came....

17th July 1998 : We proposed each other on phone....different na...as Alok wanted me to listen his song...personally ...in front of him...and he was going to propose me through his song....but sad thing was that...due to my continuous talks on phone with Alok.... my mom shouted at me that day...and didnt allowed me to go to his home...as we all visited the other day... :(

So there was no option but....telephone....He sang beautiful song with his guitar and proposed me....i was like....??????....god what happened....we didnt even thought to it seriously...and we both made the commitment....
