Pradnya, I call her "One Woman Army", very resourceful and possesses very good organization skills. Any task you give her, you could feel a focus and discipline in getting it done.
I also have observed that in our team, she has a bunch of folks (example, Santhosh, Kaushik...) whom she uses (very much like Mafia Don) in getting things organized... I was very impressed ;-)
It was fun to see how we played a practical joke on Roger about introducing Prachi as Pradnya. And, Roger was sort of wondering the whole day, how come, looking at Pradnya (alias Prachi) is not dynamic, driven and persuasive as he thought Pradnya would be...
We are very lucky to have Pradnya in our team.
