I would call him a Rockstar Jeetendra...
He keeps himself in a jolly mood everytime...
Just notice him and you'll find that he never stays far from smiling...
He dances very well...He possess a good sense of humour which makes him the jack of all trades..

JEETENDER !!! I thgt I wud be compared with Hrithiks and Aamirs...Anyway I may not belong to that league .. So Jeetender is not bad...something is better than nothing :) THANKS --- HAVE FUN.
Nitin is one of my favourite guys in the project, another long timer (may be Uday has a great influence on him??) who get things done with a BIG SMILE. Client loves him. He is now the "Mother Hen" of BI Invest team, and he is doing a great job.
I have never seen him without that broad smile!!! Great Entertainer.. him singing and dancing is fun to watch, and lots of energy..
In the onsite, I have heard folks compare him to 'Dayanand' or 'Chandra Bhat' when it comes fearlessly asking questions in front of executives.. Thats a great quality.. keep it up.
Nitin, you have got to loosen up a little bit on your "BRIDE specifications", so that, you get married soon man... you can debug the woman later man.. you have the whole life... come on.. (what do you say Alopika??)
I agree with Bala. Infact on lunch table we all ask Nitin to get married...

Always full of enthusiasm and innovative ideas.He provided me immense support while leading Spectrum Invest from offshore for a tenure of approx. 3 months.
And like all, me too would like to ask you " When are you getting married Sirjee ? " :)
Nitin.. the person who helped me to change my life from a college going student to working software engineer... his help to me in those initial days.. my silly mistakes..my Test..,my first code changes was under him... i respect him for all the knowledge that he gave me... i still remember that in our meeting UDAY asked to all the ASE's so how is your KT going on, i replied him "MY KT IS BEST" and i will still stick to it that it was best one get (Nitin and Mihir both of them helping me to understand the system, the process). They built some kinda confidence in me, which proved good for me. Also when uday asked abt awards, They were the first one to reply that "I can get an award".
On personal level he has a jolly and helpful nature!! which makes Freshers feel that he can be easily approached for anything. He will never say no to any question asked but will explain how to do step by step, rather then trying on your own!!which helps one to understand in a better manner.
