No doubt he is really a gentleman very much down to earth,never get angry,make you feel comfortable and understands the things from your perspective.
In terms of attitude,he is above 30 years(not sure) but the way he lives his life is like bachelor.
He conveys his message very diplomatically and clearly with excellent management skill.
Kapil brought stability in CLA support. He comes across as a very matured and balanced individual. I have seen him having a ball during the party time, that's a nice contrast to have. Keep up the good work Kapil...
